(Head Office: Tokyo, hereinafter “Ushio Lighting”), a member of the Ushio Group centered on USHIO INC. announced that, at the Board of Directors meeting held on May 28, 2019, Ryujiro Tsubaki resigned as Representative COO / Managing Director and his successor Katsumi Nakamori (previously Director and Managing Executive Officer) took office as the new COO / Managing Director, effective the same date.

Ushio Lighting has focused on expanding business domains while monitoring global trends in order to make us a company that opens up new possibilities in entertainment as one of the companies under Ushio Entertainment Holdings, Inc., which was established on April 1, 2017.

This change of Representative Director aims to continue and further expanding business domains.
Ushio Lighting seeks to rejuvenation of the company and accelerates the process in order to enhance corporate value and contribute to the advancement of society through the prompt provision of best solutions to match the diversification of market needs.
